Bandicam Review

Bandicam is a popular screen recording software that is used by thousands of gamers, and reviewers alike. The software is not as expensive as others like Fraps and Cam Studio, but that doesn’t mean it’s not any less effect.

Bandicam came into the market attracting young gamers who wanted to start their own YouTube channel, but it has grown into a very powerful program for a very low price.

In testing, Bandicam is able to pull 120FPS recording and 1080p quality. This makes it ideal for those who are wanting to record high-quality gaming videos or those who are just wanting to start their own channel.

  • 1080P Recording (Supports 60FPS For YouTube)
  • 120 FPS Recording
  • 24/7 Recording. The recording software will record as long as you have space on your hard drive.
  • Support for MP4 or AVI.
  • Support for microphone and game audio.
  • Support for Webcams
  • Video Overlay (Useful for watermarking or showing a brand)
  • High Quality Screenshots.

Personal Experience

Bandicam has been my trusty screen recording software for quite some time. I have used it for a very long time and it has never let me down. While other programs like Cam Studio come with editing software they have lower quality videos and they are typically too expensive. Other programs like Sony Vegas are an all in one perfect solution, but they will make you want to cry when you look at the price tag.

Bandicam is a perfect mid-range recording software that will undoubtedly get the job done.
